Learn. Move. Regulate.
Virtual classes rooted in 20 years of structural integration, nervous system science, and somatic practice — taught live and available wherever you are in the world.
Most wellness education teaches you what to do. These classes teach you why your body does what it does — and how to change it from the inside out. Whether you're dealing with chronic stress, structural pain, limited mobility, or a nervous system that never fully powers down, these offerings give you the science, the practice, and the tools to work with your body instead of against it.
Stress Decompress: A Nervous System Reboot
A live virtual class series for people who are tired of being tired.
Your stress response is a physical system — not a personality trait. This class teaches you how to interrupt it, reset it, and build lasting resilience at the structural level.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
-
How the diaphragm physically compresses the adrenal glands when breathing is restricted — and how to reverse it
-
Why the psoas is called the "muscle of the soul" and what it has to do with your anxiety
-
How the thoracic spine (home of the entire sympathetic nervous system) affects your stress response through posture and mobility
-
Breath patterns that directly activate the vagus nerve and shift autonomic state
-
How to decompress the nervous system before you reach your breaking point
FORMAT
Live virtual sessions via Zoom · Series format · Recordings provided · Small group for intimate learning
WHO THIS IS FOR
✓ Chronic stress or burnout
✓ Anxiety that lives in the body
✓ Fatigue that sleep doesn't fix
✓ Anyone in a high-demand profession or caregiving role
✓ Wellness practitioners wanting to understand the underlying science
Biomechanics & Movement for Longevity
A live virtual class series for people who want to move better, hurt less, and understand what's actually happening in their bodies.
Your body is an integrated system. Pain, stiffness, poor balance, and limited range of motion aren't random — they're downstream of specific structural relationships. This class maps those relationships and teaches you to work with them.
WHAT THIS CLASS IS
Biomechanics & Movement for Longevity is a six-week, science-rooted class that takes you through the body's primary structural systems — from breath mechanics and diaphragm function, to psoas release and hip complex mobility, to thoracic spine health, fascial hydration, balance training, and pelvic floor coordination. Each session builds on the last, creating a complete framework for how your body is designed to move — and how to restore that design when it's been compromised by stress, injury, or decades of sitting.
The science is real and the work is practical. You'll leave each class with specific, repeatable tools — not just concepts.
THE SIX PILLARS
1. Breath & Diaphragm Mechanics
The diaphragm is not just a breathing muscle. It's a structural shelf, a pressure regulator, and the foundation of your entire core system. Phase one teaches 360° diaphragmatic expansion, posterior rib mobilization, and pelvic floor coordination with breath.
2. Psoas Release & Hip Complex
The psoas connects your spine to your femur and runs directly alongside your adrenal glands. Chronic tension here isn't just a hip flexor issue — it's a nervous system pattern. This phase uses constructive rest and breath-guided release to unwind it safely.
3. Thoracic Spine & Sympathetic Chain Every vertebra from T1 to T12 is a nerve root for the sympathetic nervous system. Thoracic mobility work isn't about flexibility — it's a direct intervention in how your body regulates stress and organ function.
4. Fascia, Hydration & Piezoelectricity Fascia is a three-dimensional web running through every system of your body — not just wrapping muscles, but communicating bioelectrical signals throughout. When fascia is dehydrated, this piezoelectric system degrades. Movement, breath, and targeted hydration restore it. This phase explains the science and gives you the tools.
5. Balance, Proprioception & Longevity
Standing balance with eyes closed does more than prevent falls. It pumps your spinal discs (which have no blood supply of their own), stimulates fascial piezoelectricity, sharpens proprioceptive precision, and trains vestibular resilience. This is one of the most powerful longevity practices available — and almost no one does it.
6. Pelvic Floor Integration
The pelvic floor is the base of your core, the partner of your breath, and a key part of your structural and emotional holding patterns. This phase integrates pelvic floor awareness with everything covered in the preceding five pillars.
